I hope everyone is having a great week.

At our last meeting I mentioned the INSPIRE T1D group. This is an international Type 1 exercise collaborative who meet every few months and share relevent information. As this is an internation group the meeting times are not ideal for us, usualy around 10pm. 

Thier goal is below:

To come together to share resources, promote best practices, discuss collaboration opportunities, and champion greater support for each other's work, wherever we are in the world. We want to speed up the progress to tackling barriers to physical activity and exercise for those with T1D and we believe this may help us to deliver just that.  

If anyone would like me to pass on their details to the organiser Dessi, please let me know.
