New features to roll out in NDSS Health Professional Portal

In response to user feedback, the NDSS Health Professional Portal will have the following new features from Monday 6 March:

  • Search for a contact enhancement.
  • View contact search results enhancements.
  • Auto-populate search details to registration form.
  • Print submitted form enhancement.
  • View forms dashboard summary.
  • Auto-populate CGM starter kit shipping details.
  • Update insulin pump brand/model while processing CGM form.
  • Apply additional validations on CGM change of device form.
  • Check date of birth when processing CGM pregnancy form.
  • Submit contact us form enhancement.

What you can't do in the portal

  • Submit a BGMS extension form as COVID BGMS auto extension is currently in place.
  • Modify existing diabetes diagnosis details for a person who is already registered with the NDSS.

Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge; other browsers may not provide the best user experience.

Faster access to NDSS information

From 6 March, the NDSS will also launch My NDSS Portal, a new service that allows people living with diabetes registered with the NDSS to view their NDSS information quickly and securely.
 
My NDSS can be accessed here. The platform enables users to do the following:

  • Quickly access their NDSS information all in one place.
  • View their NDSS product access and purchase history.
  • Easily book into NDSS support programs and events.
  • Get a digital image of their NDSS registration card.
  • Instantly update their contact details.
  • Access their NDSS information online without making a phone call to the NDSS Helpline.
